My name is “Drae” Douglas and here i will provide more information about us. Our property is in the heart of Philipsburg the Dutch Caribbean City with a Beautiful Boardwalk and the Great Bay Beach. Everything is 1 to10 minutes away by foot. Just a couple seconds walk from the beach to a couple minutes away from 4 supermarkets, many clothing stores, tech stores that provide services for almost any device and more. Our location is considered very convenient and economical.
SXM Resilience
During the recovery from hurricane Irma we repaired over 30 homes for free without the assistance of government or non government entities. The average valued estimation damage of a home at that time was between $25,000-$35,000.

Experience
A little more about us before the hurricane in 2017 I operated my own tour & expeditions company where I took my guests as a “Dive Master” out to the finest snorkeling spots on and off the island. I have experience with taking care of guests and being a great host showing off the St.Maarten hospitality. I am a local born St.Maartener that treats all my guests like family.

Philipsburg Frontstreet/boardwalk is a lively place, from local shopping to good local food, from water sports activities to Safari Jeep Tours including Quads, Atvs, Segway tours and much more.
This nine hundred meter long promenade runs parallel to the long sandy beach of Great Bay . The Boardwalk was built in 2004 and has become the hotspot of the city.
The two main streets in Philipsburg are Front Street (Voorstraat) and Back Street (Achterstraat). Front Street is best known for its jewelry stores, electronics stores and gift shops. In Back Street you will find the somewhat cheaper shops where they mainly sell clothing.

I attended and graduated from the St.Maarten M.A.C Primary School level in 1991-1997, The St.Maarten Academy High School in 1997-1997, The James Madison High School, N.Y.C, USA in 1997-2002.
